The Dutch Guests connects accommodations with the Dutch and international travel organisations that fit them, through one search instead of hundreds of cold emails. It works in four steps: build a profile, Find your Matches, preview matches for free, and unlock the ones worth pursuing. Here's exactly what happens at each stage.

Step 1: Build your profile

A profile describes the property itself: type, location, star rating or equivalent, amenities, photography, languages spoken, and what makes it distinct. This is a one-time setup, and it stays private until you choose to use it in a search for matches. Nothing here is public or searchable by chance visitors; it only becomes visible to organisations you match with.

Step 2: Find your Matches

Your match search is where you describe the guests you actually want. That includes the audience (families, couples, 55+ travellers, active travellers), the season you're targeting, the activities or amenities relevant to that audience, and the source markets you're open to. A property can run multiple searches for matches at once, for example one targeting herfstvakantie families and a separate one for autumn couples.

Step 3: Preview your matches, free

Once your search for matches is live, it's checked against the 850+ Dutch and international travel organisations on the platform. You see how many organisations match, and a general sense of who they are, entirely free.
