- What does The Dutch Guests cost?
- Joining, building your profile and seeing how many matches you have is free. Accommodations pay €99 (excl. VAT) once per campaign to unlock all of its matches. For travel organisations, unlocking a destination activation is free.
- Is there a subscription or commission?
- No. There is no commission on bookings and no mandatory subscription. The only recurring option is Premium Visibility — €9.99 per month (incl. VAT) for accommodations, €24.99 per month (incl. VAT) for travel organisations — and that is entirely optional.
- What do I get when I unlock a campaign?
- Permanent, unlimited access to every match that campaign found: you can open each match, send and receive introduction requests, and start building relationships with your matches.
- Do I pay again if my campaign finds new matches later?
- No. An unlock is per campaign, not per match. New matches that appear for that campaign later are included at no extra cost.
- What is Premium Visibility and do I need it?
- Premium Visibility is an optional subscription — €9.99 per month (incl. VAT) per property for accommodations, €24.99 per month (incl. VAT) for travel organisations — that pins you to the top of your counterpart's match lists, adds a premium badge and features you on the Premium browse page. Accommodations can also pay €99 per year (incl. VAT) per property, which covers 12 months up front. The monthly plan has a three month minimum and can be cancelled anytime after that; the yearly plan runs until the end of the paid year. You never need it to be matched or to make contact.
- Are prices including VAT?
- Campaign unlocks (€99) are excluding VAT. Destination activations are free. Premium Visibility (€9.99 per month or €99 per year for accommodations, €24.99 per month for travel organisations) is including VAT.
- Do I pay anything to see how many matches I have?
- No. Building your profile, launching a campaign or destination activation and seeing your anonymous match count is free. You only pay at the unlock, which is why we say it's free until it clicks.
- What if my campaign or activation finds zero matches?
- Then there is nothing to unlock and nothing to pay. You keep the campaign open at no cost, and as soon as a fitting counterpart joins the platform, the match appears and you decide then whether to unlock.
- Can I get a refund?
- An unlock gives you immediate, permanent access to the matches, so it is generally final. If something went wrong on our side, for example a duplicate payment or an unlock that did not deliver, contact us and we will sort it out. The full refund policy is on our refund page.
- How do I pay and can I get an invoice?
- Payments run through our secure payment provider by card. You receive an invoice for every payment, and all your invoices stay available in the billing section of your account.
