Anyone can fill in a profile for free. Not everyone follows through once they're in. Dutch travel organisations don't want to spend their time sorting through accounts that cost nothing to create. They want to know the hotel on the other end is actually going to answer an introduction request. €99 does that filtering before it ever reaches them: small enough that it isn't a real barrier for a hotel that's committed, real enough that it isn't worth it for one that isn't.

- What does The Dutch Guests cost?
- Joining as an accommodation is a one-time €99 (excl. VAT), paid when you create your profile. That includes your first full match search: real matches, real contact details, unlimited introduction requests. Every match search after that is €99 as well. For travel organisations, unlocking a destination activation is free.
- How does the Starter unlock work?
- €29 Starter reveals your top 5 matches, chosen by the platform's match score, and lets you send 5 introduction requests. The hotel cannot choose those matches. Upgrade to the full unlock within 30 days for €70 more (€99 total), fully credited. If none of those 5 requests gets a yes, the €29 remains credited toward the full unlock with no deadline. The 60 day guarantee applies only to the full €99 unlock, not Starter.
- Is there a subscription or commission?
- No. There is no commission on bookings and no mandatory subscription. The only recurring option is Premium Visibility — €9.99 per month (incl. VAT) for accommodations, €24.99 per month (incl. VAT) for travel organisations — and that is entirely optional.
- What do I get when I unlock my matches?
- Permanent, unlimited access to every match that search found: you can open each match, send and receive introduction requests, and start building relationships with your matches.
- Do I pay again if my match search finds new matches later?
- No. An unlock is per match search, not per match. New matches that appear for that search later are included at no extra cost.
- What is Premium Visibility and do I need it?
- Premium Visibility is an optional subscription — €9.99 per month (incl. VAT) per property for accommodations, €24.99 per month (incl. VAT) for travel organisations — that pins you to the top of your counterpart's match lists, adds a premium badge and features you on the Premium browse page. Accommodations can also pay €99 per year (incl. VAT) per property, which covers 12 months up front. The monthly plan has a three month minimum and can be cancelled anytime after that; the yearly plan runs until the end of the paid year. You never need it to be matched or to make contact.
- Are prices including VAT?
- Match unlocks (€29 Starter, €70 upgrade or €99 full unlock) are excluding VAT. Destination activations are free. Premium Visibility (€9.99 per month or €99 per year for accommodations, €24.99 per month for travel organisations) is including VAT.
- Do I pay anything to see how many matches I have?
- You can check anonymously and for free, before creating an account, roughly how many matches you'd have. Creating an account, which gets you your real match list, contact details and the ability to send introduction requests, costs €99, paid up front.
- What if my match search or activation finds zero matches?
- Then there is nothing to unlock and nothing to pay. You keep the match search open at no cost, and as soon as a fitting counterpart joins the platform, the match appears and you decide then whether to unlock.
- Can I get a refund?
- First yes within 60 days of joining, or your €99 back. If no Dutch travel organisation accepts one of your introduction requests within 60 days of joining, you get a full refund of your €99 registration fee. Your profile must be complete and published. At least 5 introduction requests must be sent within the first 30 days. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after the 60 day window ends. This guarantee does not apply to Starter.
- How do I pay and can I get an invoice?
- Payments run through our secure payment provider by card. You receive an invoice for every payment, and all your invoices stay available in the billing section of your account.
