Contact only happens once you choose to unlock it.
Still a real relationship, not a transaction
Nothing about this replaces the direct relationship you'd build with a property anyway. It's the same relationship, just reached without a trade show or a cold inbox. Once you're introduced, terms, rates, everything, stay between you and the property, same as always.
